rented a room in Canary wharf with £1020 deposit Landlord wanted property back so did not give 2 months notice but i moved out as requested and on the date requested. My deposit has not been refunded 9 weeks later even though thy know there was not problem with the property.

we have rang and spoken to staff and the just say they need paperwork from landlord even though they acknowledge if there had been a problem he would have been in touch immediately and hasnt.

Now he has property back he can't be arsed to compete paperwork! complete rip off merchants never return my calls

Reason of review: will not return deposit on property!.

Monetary Loss: $1020.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Illegal activities.
